  • The Corporate Profile Report also known as Company Summary, displays current information on the public record for the subject corporation. The document shows:
    1. A complete list of directors of the corporation/business
    2. Business address
    3. Business activity
    4. If the business is active
    5. Some historical information
  • A Certificate of Status also sometimes known as a Certificate of Good Standing or a Certificate of Compliance. The document shows the company name, incorporation date and status (dissolved or active).
    Purpose: Normally, it is used to prove that the company is incorporated and authorized to transact business in a certain jurisdiction.
    Common Usage:
    1. To register extra-provincially or another country
    2. To open bank accounts or financing
    3. Court or immigration or CRA filing purposes
    4. To verify the corporation by a buyer
    5. Legal, accounting or other purposes
  • The Corporation Document List also known as Corporate Filing Summary identifies all documents filed by the corporation. The list includes the filing date for each document.
  • The List of Tradenames also commonly known as List of Business Names or List of Operating Names/DBA or List of Master Business License sets out all business names registered or renewed by the corporation within the last five years. The business name, Business Identification Number (BIN), registration date, and expiry date are included on this report. Please note: both active and inactive (cancelled but not expired) business names are listed.
  • The Corporation Point-in-Time Report sets out the information filed by the corporation at a specific point in time and recorded. It includes the head office address, names and addresses of active directors and officers, indication of the last document filed by the corporation as of that specific point in time, and some historical information such as name history and amalgamating corporations for corporations formed by amalgamation.
  • Obtain the scan copy of your corporation's original certificate and article and any corporate/structural amendments for an Ontario corporation.
  • All documents on the microfiche are scanned and e-mailed to you as a PDF link within 5 business days of your order. For Certified orders, a certified hardcopy of the microfiche film will also be mailed to you 7 business days after you place your order (the softcopy is not certified).
  • The Certificate of Non-Filing refers to filings under the Corporations Information Act. It is issued based on information which has been recorded on the Ontario Business Information System (ONBIS) on or after June 27, 1992. It can only be produced if no documents have been filed under the Corporations Information Act by the subject corporation since June 27, 1992.
